14 Amazing Photographs of Albert Einstein in Color

Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany on the 14 March 1879 to a Hermann Einstein, a salesman and engineer, and Pauline Koch. Albert was a theoretical physicist publishing over 300 scientific papers and is best known for his Theory of Relativity and the equation E=mc². He won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921 "for his services to theoretical physics and especially for the discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect". Einstein emigrated to the United States in 1933 due to the rise of the Nazi Party, and Adolf Hitler being elected as Chancellor; since he was a Jew, he was no longer safe in Germany. Albert Einstein is one of the world's greatest, and most famous, scientists during his life and since then. He died on the 18 April 1955 in Princeton Hospital at the age of 76.
